So i've murdered every single ghoul around, finished raiding the police & fire dept & also got the tag off the non feral ghoul soldier leaving me at 9/10 Irradiated tags found. The local map marker is pointing me to a battle I had in the main strip however it appears the NPC with the tag sunk in the ground under a batch of rocks next to a building (isn't the first time I've seen an NPC do this) And now won't spawn anymore ghouls with tags....

Can I suggest you patch this to randomly spawn them upon a fast travel until the quest is completed? This really svcks.
