Im wondering just how many implants there are and if there is enough to max your SPECIAL or whatever

9 Implants
One each for each SPECIAL
One that gives 4 Damage Reduction
One that gives 1 hp every 10 seconds
1 point of Endurance required for each implant

Do you need an Endurance point to get the Endurance implant? If I want all 9 implants, do I need a base Endurance of 8 or 9?

if you already have 8 implants, you need 9. if not, then 8 will do
