I remember I'd make a character with 9 intelligence, then rush over to Rivet City to get the +1 INT Bobblehead, which was the most effective way to get the most skillpoints possible, without wasting the +1 INT Bobblehead.

Any equivalent here? IE make a 9 int char and run to grab a Snow Globe/Implant/Mutation?

go get an implant. but theres no way youll get it as fast as the bobbie. 2000 to get in vegas and 4000 for the implant (if in not mistaken)

Plus implant also requires an Endurance level too.
5 may not be enough.

its enough to get 5 implants

Six if you get the endurance implant

But ouch you have to pay them to get into Vegas? is it everytime or a one time fee.
