I'm in the final quest, where i start to enter in the Vault. But when i enter i don't find Elijha and i'm closed forever in the Vault. After the final i'm always locked in the vault. Someone have an idea to exit out of this situation or is a bug?

Read the first entry. I mean, actually read it. You'll see it tells you the second entry is for Dean and not to read it because it will seal the vault. So read only the "To Vera" entry, and exit the terminal.
