Where Do I go to begin Dead Money : Fallout: New Vegas

Do you get a radio signal as soon as you load up fallout or is it just when you get near the bunker ?

It actually took about 5-10 minutes of me playing before I got the message about the radio signal and the quest activated.

You need to play for a few minutes. Check your quests too, it may have popped up and you might have missed it.
