where can i find the the fuse boxs i found one on the roof but i need 2 more so where are they? i see where my marker leads but its into that stupid cloud stuff i cant figure it out.

well it seems nobody knows where they are!

The map marker points to them, they are in tool-boxes.

One is really hard to get to and is in a toolbox on a ledge near a hole in a wall on the 2nd floor. You have to use the map markers and move around the best you can on the roof ledge. I hate the toxic clouds!
