At the vendor in the next room.
You should see by the end of the list that you can exchange it like you can with cigarettes.

I don't think it was necessarily at the end of the list, mine was somewhere in the middle... The item is "Sierra Madre Chips (1000)" or something to that effect, and the price is 1 voucher.

Hmm maybe you need to gamble at the sierra madre casino (inside the DLC) and be granted a voucher by winning big for it to work on the vendor outside the DLC.

I still don't understand why they don't just give you 1100 chips every 3 days

Beats me.
Dunno why they give you 1"1"00 chips either.
Why not just round it up to 1000 period?

I suspect that you only get the vouchers if you complete a challenge or something. I completed quite a few challenges specific to Sierra Madre, and my vouchers seem to be piling up a lot faster than 1 every three days.

There's a vendor like in Sierra Madre in the next room to the lockbox, use that one, there will be an option to turn the voucher in for chips like you can with cigarettes.

I play on X-box and it does not give me that option. Anyone know if there is any way to make it work?

As far as I remember, you can only get it by reaching 8,000 chips award at the Sierra Madre Casino. Then after that, you can turn in the voucher for 1,000 chips.

That's possible, it'd still be a glitch but I know I got the voucher while gambling and can redeem them.

It works for me but I won a voucher for free chips while still in the casino. Must be a glitch. Its called "free chips (1000) for me in the vending machine. This is a documented glitch on the fallout wiki so you're not the only ones with this problem.

Ayeah, on the vendor list it's named [Free Chips - 1000] or something like that.
