I have won over 7000 chips from the sierra madre casino, when am i supposed to get the complimentary vouchers and how do i redeem them?

I just reloaded an old save and got this. 8,000. Don't know why everyone keeps saying 7.

Gstaff, I did this yesterday, and am more than willing to stand by my claim it's actually 8,000 chips. Perhaps a bug somewhere?
