The cashier in the Ultra-Luxe casino no longer appears so I can't buy any chips and so can't get the 'banned from all the casinos' achievement. This is annoying because I've spent time getting banned from the others.
The wierd thing is - no one in the casino seems to notice or even care. Just another bug to add to the pile.

its only the floor manager that desides if you have become banned not your chip cash out.

you have to reach xxxx amount of winnings before this happens.
