I can't seem to find little buster. I saw him before in camp Mcwhater while i was doing bounty missions for the NCR but he isn't there anymore

Now apparently he has some bladed gaunlet or something that I wanted to get my hands on.
If anyone could point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

i actually stumbled upon his dead body in freeside somewhere dont have exact location but thats where i found him and the weapon he had is called "Cram Opener"

Entering Freeside from the North Gate, take a left just before the Old Mormon Fort, his corpse is on the rails, can't miss him.
