After you finish the "Come Fly With Me" quest, if you go to the REPCONN basemant, Chris Haversam is there, and if you talk to him, his response is as if the launch hadn't already happened:

"Not now. It is almost time for the Great Journey!"

This is regardless of making changes to the control panel or not.

Oh, and I used the Speech choice (I think it was Speech) to tell Chris about Jason's plans for him.

This seems to happen if you don't talk to him after Jason's speech and before you initiate the launch. If you do talk to him after the speech and before the launch you should be able to convince him to return to Novac.

Hmmm no, that didn't work.

If I talk to him after Jason's speech, he gives me that message I quoted above, which is what I expect at that point.

But then when I go back down after the launch, he's still there and he still says that message.
