So I am having the problem of not having anyone approach me about giving me the Mark of Caesar. I met up with Benny and he ran away and tried to kill me. I survived his Goons attack on me and then, as prompted, searched his suite. There I met Yes Man, talked briefly, completed "Ring a Ding Ding". Then I left the TOPS. From what I understand some legion guy should have came up to me giving me the Mark of Caesar. But nobody has.

I know Benny is at the Fort, but without The Mark I am forced to fight my way in. But just for giggles I tried disguising myself into The Fort. It mostly works until I get into his tent where the dogs sniff me out immediately and I am forced to kill everyone. Caesar just sits there while this goes on so I approach him and try to talk to him. The screen just zooms in then zooms out. I can not talk to him or even pickpocket him. I see Benny tied up, I can talk to him but decide to shoot him in the head and loot his body. No Platinum Chip.

So I can not start a convo with Caesar, I can not find the Platinum Chip. So I can do no quest involving Caesar, I can not complete Any House Quest, I can not complete any Wild Card Quests. My only option is to Kill Mr. House for anything to start happening.

ANYONE HAVE THIS HAPPEN!?? b/c this is really bumming me out.

hi when you talk to Yes Man, u have to finish all the conversations [to find out Benny's plan and the significance of the Platinum chip.] and 3 quests will be updated 1)Wild Card: Change in Management 2) Wild Card: You and What Army? and 3)Wild Card: Side Bets

The 3 quests if you wish to be independent. if not you can still proceed to the fort to side with NCR or Legions.

The same problem. Can't upload the data on the computer in army bunker and can't overload generators. I killed Caesar before I went inside bunker. Now I'm stuck. I don't want to kill Mr. House.

I did see him mention some stuff about talking to other Tribes in the Area. I'll give that a try and see what info I can get from him about the Chip itself. Otherwise I'll take down House.

thats what happened to me and i killed mr house and that just made it worse so i had to restart the whole game. i was level 27 :swear: :stare:

hi if you want to destroy the 3 generators, you have to shoot it.

the best is to kill caesar after you went inside the bunker. after that you can either let Benny go or kill him too to get Maria. best weapon to use is combination of Pew Pew (if you have adequate sneak skill you can keep it in your inventory) and hunting rifle you get from the campsite near the bunker. C4 helps too .. scatter a few

So I tried talking to Yes Man some more. Talked about some things. Benny, the other tribes, and what I can do w/him instead of House. Afterwards I still had no person mention anything about the Mark of Caeser. In my frustration I shoved C4 up Yes Mans ass and Blew him up. I didn't even get a QUEST FAILED message. idk what is wrong w/this game.

You can't kill Yes Man. He'll return. It's explained that a piece of his code is in every Securitron, and I think I read something that he apologizes when you attack him. He's probably my favourite character in the game.
