i mean, what the [censored]? i might as well of waited till after christmas for this game to drop in price and get patched because as of now i don't have the will to continue playing? i'm fed up with the frame rate issues, the dlc bugs and the terrible AI path finding to name just a few problems (trust me there's more).
the only reason i haven't sold this game yet is because i know it'll rock when it's patched, so does anyone know when that's happening? last i heard it was "coming out in a month or two". wtf is that?
and to add insult to injury they're announcing DLC.. i mean come on? fix the game first!
The game isn't going to drop in price after Christmas... after Christmas next year maybe.
They said they're "putting on the finishing touches" according to the last GStaff post, before that they'd said it would be out in "a few weeks", I don't think the DLC will be out before the patch.
I doubt the patch will fix any frame rate issues (if you're playing it on the 360, if not then you're on the wrong board), the game runs about exactly the same as Fallout 3 did in terms of the choppiness and mini-pauses every here and there (my comparison is based on the fact that I was playing FO3 up until NV, I hadn't played it when it first came out, most people here haven't touched FO3 probably in over a year so time has clouded perceptions). The DLC bugs will be fixed, and I don't think they said anything about the AI being any better, they just said there'll be a waypoint marker on the map to show where your lost companions are. You might be better off selling the game, and then buying say... Fable 3, then going to their boards to whine about that game instead.
