next NV DLC

I think that the next DLC should be based in the Boomer's flight simulators. i just think that that would be awesome. and for rewards, there could be a REAL assault rifle with ghood mods, like a silencer, scope, grip. another item would be like mortar binoculars from BFBC2. they would be like 1/3 as powerful as euclid's c-finder, but you would also be able to use them 3 times a day, and would weigh a little bit less. i think that the binoulars would be cool because they would fit in nicely with the Boomers. as for the rifle and what kind it should be, i would say any bullpup style rifle.

You do realize that this game is based on a universe where society is stuck in the 1950s. Bullpups weren't really globally used back then, unless you're talking about the AUG, that wasn't used till the 70s. The closest thing we had to those binoculers that are in BFBC2 was a radio and a person good with coordinates. Yes, the game's weapons are based off the future, as is a lot of elements in the Fallout Universe, but theres a difference between the future we have now, with weapons, tech, etc, and the future we thought we'd have back in the 1950s.

It's a good idea none the less, and I wouldn't mind getting an Operation Anchourage type DLC, but aside from shooting down planes, there isn't really much in those flight simulators, so I can't honostly see how an Assault Rifle can be tied into it. As for having a "real" Assault Rifle, we have one. The Assault Carbine, which looks eerily similar to an M16A4 Rifle.
