When I talk to Pete in Nellis regarding the history of the place, he starts talking, and then stops. At this point, you can no longer converse with him. And if you walk out of the building and back in, you can converse with him again, but you lose rep with the Boomers. And he still won't finish his speech if you select to listen to it again.
