I'm doing the In the Dark (I believe is the name) quest for the Hidden Valley BoS Elder.

I have Veronica and E-DE with me.

I "let" Veronica do here thing where she wishes to speak to the Elder a few times about changing the ways of the BoS (where you eventually collect a Pulse Gun or the Farming Tech. After showing the Elder the Pulse Gun and exiting the Hidden Valley Bunker, some BoS guys who don't like Veronica attack you and you kill them. Veronica said it would be "ok, since we killed all the witnesses".

So I wander out, do some other side quests, and eventually find all the parts for the bunker the Elder wants (HEPA filter, etc).

Now, whenever I return to the bunker, all the BoS inside are hostile towards me. It doesn't matter if I leave Veronica and E-DE outside either, I get attacked if I go in solo as well. (I"m just trying to give the Elder the parts to the bunker, so I can get the Power Armor Perk!!!!)

Had some fun killing them for a while and thought about wiping out the whole bunker, though about halfway thru, Veronica gets mad and leaves if you chose this route.

Any idea what bug caused the BoS in the bunker to hate me for no reason? Any suggestions?

are you wearing any faction armor? like ncr armor or anything?

As much as I hate to say it, I think your gonna have to deal with not getting the Power Armor perk. Veronica is the one you should blame.

well there is another way to get the perk. Go to old mormon for and due quests for Arcade Gannon i think. Also, if you kick veronica out of your follower slot, you can kill them without her leaving, i think. Thats what i did.

I just finished this hauled all the armor from the guys that jump you then when back into the bunker and everyone is friendly.
