Hey, I have a simple question: Well i bough a Logitech Chillstream controller for the (PC) with usb plug-in Special for Fallout NV but when i foundout i could not set my controller settings in the controls.. i was fairly dissapointed as i spended 35$ for nothing... Any help?

You need to get mapping software like http://www.xpadder.com/ or http://www.electracode.com/4/joy2key/JoyToKey%20English%20Version.htm (There are others.) unless you have a 360 controller. The 360 controller just works out of the box.
