I know this is a know issue, but not a very well known one. I give Veronica the formal wear, and she gets all excited, and says that she'll teach me the move, but it doesn't give it to me. I've tried many things, like declining the move, then learning it later, still doesn't work. The only posible fixes would be mods (which I'm Xbox, so that's out) or a patch/update. Anybody else have this problem and/or know any possible fixes that I may not know of ?

Yep. I've encountered this. Same deal. I think i got it with another game have, but I couldn't get it this time. Weird. Hopefully the fabled forthcoming patch fixes this. Good thing my current character specializes in guns and explosives.

yeah, luckily I also rely on energy weapons and explosives, and I probably won't need this move, since I have a full condition ballistic fist. What I did though, is a loaded the game from right before I gave her the clothes, and I'll just keep them on me, Ed-E, or in my suite, until it is patched.

This really bothered me, seeing how I already can't get the Kahn Trick (killed Moto-Head, failing quest before it even started). It least I have Ranger Takedown, and get still get the Legion Assualt.

Some have mentioned you can't get the perk if either you learn a different move first, and/or do Veronica's companion quest (I've done both).
