Where can i find/purchase Stealth Boys ?

Thats it basically, im in need of some, only found a few, used them all, now im stuck on where to get them ?
Any help >?

Hmm..
I don't need them for that part, im quite pleased about my time playing so far
Playtime = 21 Hours
Level 17
Only done up to The house always wins 3 main quests (I want to stick friends with NCR)
I have, only experience ONE bug, that was, i was in freeside, went into a house, and the game froze, all i had to do was reset my Playstation 3.
Other than that, and the Unique plasma rifle being glitched so i cant get it, in the REPCONN place, its been awesome!

But..
I NEED STEALTH BOYS! :(

The only place I've found any of them was while doing Come Fly With Me on a few of the nightkin.
