Can you still punch a man in power armor to death in this game, or does the DT make it impossible.

Pretty much impossible without perks that let you bypass DT.

20% always goes through so while perfectly possible it's gonna take a LOOONG time and you're gonna go through stims like crazy. I got a BoS in half Cnd Brotherhood T-51b Power Armour with a Caravan Gun to back it up. The indicator said my gun wasn't effective but it was the only gun I had ammo for ATM
