Hey can you actually join a faction and get ranks and armor instead of doing te main mission for the faction? And when you join the Ncr can you get the ranger's outfit? Like the one in the first Vegas teaser?

And can you actually do side quests for the factions?

Huh?

No you cant join minor factions and ascend up the ranks, but you can do jobs as an associate for their bosses and dress like them(in disguise) for roleplaying fun
The only factions you can actually join are Casear's Legion, NCR and Mr. House and each group has their own mission strands = tons of playthroughs.

I know but each will only get you further to the main mission i already played the game and finished it .. So i wont say anything (spoiler) but well nvm.
