look at the picure of Raul (the goul), and you see his has a gun with camouflage, and then look
at the picture in the right lower corner of the page, you can see a armored version of the jumpsuit,
looks awesome, but the problem is, how am i going to get that suit of raul?

By going into the companion wheel or looting it off his corpse I assume.

Hopefully you can take companions clothing whenever you want, unlike Fallout 3. Otherwise, I don't know. Maybe there is an extra pair in Black Mountain.

Well the only problem is if it's like Fallout 3, his suit will be hidden in general.

well having to kill him is the ''problem'' i mean, and well as colonel said, the suit may be
hidden in his inventory so the companion wheel would be useless
