i tried to get arcade to travel with me when i got back to the 38 and i wasn't given the option ,so i gave up and recruited Raul ,and it gave me the gangs all here achievement ,that's cool and all but i wanted to do arcade's companion quest i reloaded the game ,still the same thing ,anybody help?

for me, arcade's quest is glitched, he already talked about the enclave and other things and no quest appeared... sad face

OP: not sure but I think I've heard of that glitch, you got Arcade, sent him back to the Lucky 38, and now you can't re-recruit him? If that's the steps you took, that might be a glitch that they'll hopefully fix in the upcoming "comprehensive" patch. If you just aren't getting the Companion Wheel by talking to him, it's because he has to be re-recruited first.

Hunter: The quest I believe only appears once you've chosen a side, it's not a quest that can be done at any point. I believe the Wiki states that you can't do it until you've got to a point where someone's told you to go deal with the Brotherhood of Steel (I don't think you have to go and "deal" with them, you just have to open that part up).

ak, try sending all companions back to lucky 38, even ed-e or the dog. After that try to recruit Arcade. Worked for me.
