So I went to report to Moore regarding the Khans, and she appears to be stuck in either the floor or the ceiling.
How do I get her out of there?
(Hoping a console command can get me out of this pickle)

Buy as much C4 as you can from Ralph, and blow up the dam.

Eventually, pieces of Moore will wash into Lake Mead, and, providing you have high enough science (and found all the pieces), you can stitch her back together with some duck tape and scrap electronics.

Failing that, you could:

1) Reset the quest For the Republic, Part 2, by typing "resetquest 00136166" into the console
2) Reset Moore by typing into the console:

"prid 001206fe"
then
"moveto player"

EDIT: Found the right ID now. Go with the second option.

Alright, the problem isn't that she's in a wall I guess.. it's that she just doesn't... exist? I guess? I don't know.

I used her ID to target her, then Moveto playered her, and her quest locator mark moved right next to me.. but she didn't. That's why I assumed that she was in a wall or ceiling in Hoover, because I would be running circles around her marker and she wasn't there.

So now what? Is there a way to spawn a new one? I don't know where the original is, or what the deal is with the marker!

Did you try moving her outside of the building (as in enter the codes while you're outside the dam)? That might do the trick. Otherwise you'll have to disable/enable kill/revive her which might mess up the respective quests.

EDIT: Maybe go talk to the quartermaster and see if he's missing any stealth boys.

I had this happen with ED-E. So after I used "moveto player", I then did "disable" and then "enable" and he popped back into visibility.

As fun as these games are, I would never consider playing them except on the PC, because I've fixed so many of this type of glitches with console commands.
