I've spoken to two of the three people for Raul's quest. Ranger Andy in Novac, however, isn't updating. I've spoken to him and heard his story before I recruited Raul, so that may be what's causing my problem.

That said, is there any known workaround to get Raul's outfit, or to get it to actually update? It would kill me if I can't get my little Ghoul Cowboy his outfit for him.
