Is this a worthwhile perk?

I'm running an Unarmed/Energy Weapons character and I have one more level to go before I'm maxed out and my choice is between Nuka Chemist and the one that makes people explode on death from Energy Weapons.

Still, I'm mostly unarmed, while Energy weapons take the backseat and I could use all the Nuka chems I can get. So in your experience, do the unique recipes offered by this perk help an Unarmed character at all?

I took the perk and i found out that it only add ice cold nuka cola , nuka cola victory and one more i cant remember. The nuka stats didnt seem to me that good to waste a perk on it.

Victory is used in a bomb of some sort IIRC
