Makes the Monte Carlo Suites a good player home/base.

Details:

Adds a well resting bed, water fountain inside the building, and a campfire just outside the front door.
Everything else in the building is vanilla. The suites already had a ammunition bench, repair bench, and
fridge inside. All storage inside is safe, I have tested this extensively.
Just kill all the Scorpions Gang members which attack on sight anyways, then wait 3 in game days away
from there for the cells to reset and all the bodies will be gone. There is a fast travel marker already there.
Kept it as simple as possible.

Install:

1. Extract the files from the archive.
2. Copy files to Fallout New Vegas data folder,
default is C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\fallout new vegas\Data
3. Start Fallout New vegas Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file.

Un-Install:

1. Start Fallout New Vegas Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file.
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.
