Is there any way to turn the Classic Pack DLC off?

Post » Sat Feb 19, 2011 5:15 am

I just don't feel like it's appropriate equipment for the beginning of the game. Makes things a bit too easy.

When I checked the data files option on the menu, it was already disabled though...so what gives? How can I turn it off?

Thanks guys.

I got some of those packages to alittle good in the start.

Easy way is to delete or move the classicpack ESP file away from datafolder.
See if you can spot it there like i did

Or uncheck the esp file in the data files tab.

Unchecking the classic pack in datafiles tab didn't work for me. I had to manually delete those 3 classic pack files from data folder.
But there is a catch in this!!! If you remove the classic pack and later want to use it you can't! There seem to be a bug or something in either dlc or game itself but If you start a new game with classic pack, use those item., then delete the classic pack and loose those items, you dont get them back if you reinstall the dlc. Only way to get them again is to start a new game.

cheers for the devs.
