demolitions expert bug

Currently, the perk "Demolitions Expert" isn't providing extra damage to Dynamite and Long Fuse Dynamite.

In my pip-boy damage for Dynamite and Long Fuse Dynamite was listed at 75 before taking this perk. After taking this perk, damage was still listed at 75 (should have gone up to 90). Frag Mines went from 100 damage to 120 damage, and Powder Charge went from 75 to 90, so I know that it's not an issue of the perk not reflecting new damage in the pip-boy interface. It is obviously supposed to reflect new damage values in the inventory system.

I'm not sure which other forms of explosives this may not be working properly with, as these were the only types I had in my inventory at the moment.
