Was able to play it fine yesterday, go to play it today and anytime I load a game it crashes to desktop with this. Even if I try to start a new game. Once the introduction video is done and it's supposed to go to the game play part it crashes with the same message.

I play four ten hours today and then I go play again, and it crashes again!

(I am on win vista premium 64-bit too)

Had [have] the same problems.
What worked for me was putting the disc in another drive, or just open and close you drive and run the auto run.

So now i occasionaly have to either switch drive or use the auto run to play the game...very weird

Same happens to me at random, somtimes after 1 hour playing and somtimes after 8 hours.
I have Windows 7 64bit
