Hello Chaps,
I was looking for a little advice as any attempt to contact Obsidian seems to fall on deaf ears. I am experiencing two serious bugs with New Vegas. The first is a save issue: When trying to load recently saved files I receive the message about 'DLC that is no longer available . . .' and then the same message about not being able to identify my storage device. The second error occured this morning in which a non-existant key is now needed to access the strip.

I realise a patch was released recently but it doesn't appear to have resolved these issues despite loading an earlier save. Were these issues supposed to be solved by the recent patch or are there further patches intended to resolve these issues in the near future.

I am at my wits end with this problem. I really enjoy the fallout series and feel so frustrated by obsidians lack of care in testing this product.

If anyone has any information it would be very appreciated.

You should do a bit of reading before posting bud. The issues you have experienced have been discussed to death. Both are awaiting a patch, though if I remember correctly, the strip bug can be bypassed by wearing a cowboy hat. Which cowboy hat I cant remember, but it is on here.

there hasnt been released a recent patch, its been over a month since that was released. You should just burn your copy or try to get back your money on account of bethesda scamming you out of 60$. Either that or wait 3 more weeks for the DLC to come out.

Old news welcome to a group of pissed off gamers. And there was never a recent patch, at least not for Xbox.
