Debit Card freezes every time I go to buy a new Bethesda/Obs

Oh, sorry bethesidian, I know I said that I would give you money for this new game, but this is an I.O.U....It's just like real money, in essence. You can't actually spend it right now, but when I get my act together and get things right and get a few bucks, I'll mail it to you. Until then just put that IOU on your shelf and look at it every day when you want to spend some money, but realize that those assets are currently "frozen". In the meantime, I'll just sit at home and enjoy playing your new bug free game Fallout: New Vegas and think about how glad I am that I got what I wanted and that I was able to obtain it by simply pawning some useless item off on you....how clever.

Nice I kinda feel the same way but this is nicely put.
