I allowed Benny to escape to Fortification Hill where I then had him crucified. Standing at his cross was another Benny where I could speak again of how I was going to kill him. So, I also killed him in the arena. Lame.

Secondly are ALL lever action guns freezing your arm movement for a few seconds ONLY if you are moving while reloading the last bullet. VERY LAME. (.357 magnum included)

Rex dissapeared from the Lucky 38 never to be seen again AFTER I aquired all 3 brain options and had one installed.

Have never been able to finish the quest involving NCR irradiated dog tags.

There are two presidential visits that will ruin your game. I protected the pres. for Yes Man and then was asked to do it again for the NCR where everybody was ducking still and silent.

I'm not sure but in Fallout 3 the paralyzing palm was said to only work if you were completely unarmed. Completely untrue. Probably many of the perks are the same here. Not what they say. So who really knows...

If you go talk to Caesar or Mr. House you may get your companion to reappear outside the tent or in the lobby.

I was one of the stalwart, patient people. I didn't do anything drastic like make a fool out of myself on a message board or return my copy of the game.

But this is bordering on RIDICULOUS. "We're essentially done with the comprehensive patch and are testing it. It will be out in the coming weeks." <--paraphrased

THAT WAS A MONTH AGO!!! I pre-ordered this game. If it weren't for message boards and the Fallout Wiki, I would have never known to skip the following:

- Veronica's companion quest
- The option of killing the guy w/ the hat in The Strip
- The entire 'Fly Away With Me' quest
- many more!!!

Not to mention that when I play the ending sequence for ANY FACTION, it is slow, screen tearing and crashes AT LEAST twice per play.

I am quickly losing my patience with this company. It is unfathomable to think that this game was released months ago and these MAJOR glitches are still present.
