Alright so i'm having the same problem as many out there. I cant load my game because "this game save relies on downloadable content that is no longer available. Some objects may be no longer available" i put in a measly 16 hours into the game and this happens whenever i to load my game. I want to start a new game but will the same thing happen? and when is the supposed patch coming out to fix this glitch?

its a very serious and annoying bug and it will happen again

the save is actually corrupted and it seems to be something for when the game saves to the 360's hdd and it doesn't matter what type of console you have (I have a Slim with a 250g hdd)


I haven't seen this happen yet for USBs and now I am only going to save on my USB since every time the game saves or I save on the 360's hdd it gets corrupted with that damn error


It's insane that Bethesda/Obsidian haven't even commented on these huge bugs and then expect us to buy the DLC on the 21st

So I recommend to save on a memory card like the old ones for the Xbox or use a USB

its not corrupted because i haev it saved on a usb and on the hdd. wehn i called xbox about the save not loading they sadi the saev is not corrupted otherwise it would say so on the hdd. so i called bethesda and the problem is with the dlc and the first patch that caused this.

Except I have looked at a corrupted (that specific error happened) save and not corrupted save, and it is corrupted


the saves are drastically different and after converting the save to PC and trying to load the save it just crashes when normally it should load and be playable

A 360 save is just like a peanut, the inside nut is the pc save, after removing the shell (360 part) then its a simple PC save

In my game I found out a cause of why its doing it to me (could be the same for many people)

I googled the issue and found someone saying it had to do with getting an item in Vault 3 (I am doing the quest for the BoS to become one of them and get power armor training and I need to get the item in the vault for Macnamara)

So when I grab the item I can save anywhere within the Maintenance Area of the Vault (where Motor-Runner and the item is) and can reload it with no issue BUT when I leave the maintenance area of Vault 3 to the Recreation Area (Entrance area) then any save after has that corruption bug happen.

so if you are doing that too (or something similar) than that might be why.
