Hidden Valley Bunkers

I took Veronica there and found two bunkers...One had a door and an intercom with no answer, even with Veronica there. The other was just that, a bunker.

Is there are third bunker in Hidden Valley, or am I missing something with the intercom & Veronica?

There's at least three bunkers in Hidden Valley.

Theres 4 bunkers there, one of which opens to a certain faction.
