So far, five different special moves found. You can learn a knockdown attack from a ranger in Novac, a jumping punch from Lucius in Fortification hill, a Scribe counter move from Veronica, a cross attack from caesars legion and a move where you throw sand in your opponents face, which can be learned from the Red Rock drug dealers (after you do all their missions).
