Question about Arcade

Alright, if I part ways with Arcade after doing his quest, will he still show up at Hoover Dam and give me Tesla Armor? I prefer Boone, but want that armor.

To get the Tesla Armor you have to convince Arcade that he should not fight at Hoover Dam. After that he will come back after a few hours with the Tesla Armor and then head back to freeside where he will stay for the rest of the game.

wait, I thought he only gave you the Tesla suit at the fight for Hoover Dam?
