Does anyone have any sort of success with Debug Text? I mean I really want to see how Charisma actually helps (instead of being 1 all the time), Rebreather's DR going to do anything etc.

Another weird thing: my pip-boy tells me my DT is 17, with Kamekaze accounted in; but console getav show 15, what gives?
