Occurence - Mojave Wasteland, Approx 1 Mile from Novak
Warning Sings - Two Caeser's Legion NPC's were spawned on each other.
Player Input - Used a Ripper (Melee Weapon) to assist the NCR's attempted to kill the Legion members.
Result - Game crashed with an error report option.
Extra - Bug's like this occur often in my experience within and around the Mojave Wasteland, Usually with Faction members.

Occurence - Mojave Wasteland, Approx 0.5 Miles from Novak (Scrapyard).
Warning Signs - Couldn't Jump.
Player Input - Attempted to hop over a fence to get out of the Scrapyard, When stuck attempted to Fast Travel to the Scrapyard entrance.
Result - Game crashed with an error report option.
Extra - This is the first time this has happened to me.

Occurence - The Tops Casino.
Warning Sings - None.
Player Input - During the "Ring a Ding Ding" ambush I left the casino.
Result - Everytime I enter the casino I am frozen and unable to move the game forward.
Extra - I made a new game to see if it was an isolated incident. (Still not at The Tops yet)

Occurence - The Fort (Caesar's Fortification Hill)
Warning Sings - None.
Player Input - After I destroyed Mister House's Bunker, I decided to fight Benny in the Arena.
Result - The game Immediately crashed.
Extra - The amount of bugs I have experienced in just two days of playing is too much to be a coincidence, Please fix these issues.

Occurence - When Trading with most dealer's.
Warning Sings - None.
Player Input - Initiating a trade dialogue.
Result - The Trader's name does not appear. (The default sorting option is normally the Trader's name in Fallout 3)
Extra - None.
