So I'm not sure if this is a glitch or an actual part of the game, so forgive me if it's actually the latter. Since killing the Great Khans (their leaders actually, not all of them are actually dead, but it was enough to finish the quest) something strange has been happening. Every once and a while, when I enter a new area/zone, the camera will do the zoom effect like it does when you're talking to someone. Problem is, there isn't anyone there, so it just zooms to a random spot in the air, then a split second later it zooms back out. It will do this 2 or 3 times. Afterwards, I've always noticed 2 or 3 (the number is the same as the number of times the camera does the "talking zoom" when I enter the zone) great khan NPCs (always just named "Great Khan"). I can't talk to them, and they just walk around like various other nameless NPCs. They don't attack or anything (which is weird because I'm pretty much hated by the GK for killing their leaders). This has happened three times now, twice in my Lucky 38 suite, and once when exiting the Tops Casino. Has anyone else had this happen to them? Is this a bug, or just something that happens after killing the GK leaders?

Sorry for the bump, just wanted to point out I'm getting this bug as well. I helped the Khans so I don't think it has anything to do with killing them. At 4.30am each Tuesday morning two Khans will spawn and try to talk, then a hour later another will spawn. Doesn't seem to matter where I am, had them spawn in Vault 34 today. This is happening on my Xbox 360 version, but not on my PC copy. Definately not game breaking but it is rather odd. I'd like to know what triggers it.

Well at least I'm not the only one. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.
