While at the main menu, going into the display options and changing a hud or pip boy color, then going to load a game will cause the game to crash.

Doesn't sound that "serious", why not just leave it as it is? To be honest I was unaware you could even change the colors.

Come to think of it this happened to me as well when i switched 2 fallout3 green back b4 I suffered dlc bug. I switched back to amber and cleared cache and that seemed to work for me.
