So I've recruited Arcade Gannon before, and he's fought alongside me. But now, after sending him to the lucky 38, he refuses to follow me again, the dialogue option isn't there. Also, three characters I sent here went missing. My dog, the BoS chick, and Boone. Wtf!?

Try checking their 'fire' locations. The Kings School of Impersonation, 188 Trade Route, and Novac respectively, maybe the game fired them instead?

They aren't there. They are probably all dead in the wasteland somewhere.

Thats terrible, thats usually why I stick them right outside where I fire them or send them home to, because I am paranoid they'll die. :sadvaultboy:

Yeah, on my next playthrough I'll make sure to walk put them into lucky 38 before I tell them to go there. I want arcade to follow me though, I need to do his ally quest chain.

The only one I regret losing is the BoS girl, because her and I would look so cool strolling around in our BoS armors together. And she's damn tough once you do her quest line.

Seems like no one knows how to solve these issues.

I have this problem on the PC and I seen people have it on the 360. I think its a scripting bug or something. I've found no solution though with pisses me off because I really want to finish his quest. Does anyone know any console commands to force him to become a follower?

I've had a similar problem, I havent acquired all the companions yet but so far, Cass got killed by a squad of sentry bots, bunch of the demon butterfly things killed rex and boone. ED-E got taken down by nightstalkers, and now, Arcade has just dissapeared. I recruited him, he followed me for a while, now hes gone. Had the same problem with Boone but never Cass....god I miss her.....
