I'm not raging or anything as it is still a headshot which is difficult most times in this game... but I thought this wasn't supposed to happen? Is it a bug or working as intended?

Actually a buffed Barnet can one shoot a medium with body shoot, even if you have the extra pip from perk.

A Headshot will bring down even a heavy..
