Does not seem right!

Good to see that a patch for xbox is on the way but one comment in the update bugged me.
They say that if you are having a laggy game then you need to see if a player or players connection is bad and if it is then quit to a new game?
First off nobody is going to quit if they are in the majority good connection gang so they will probably kick the bad connection player/players.
It may not even be those players fault they have bad connection's showing as they might be from a different region/continent.
So what it boils down to is that SD should really have included a search for games including options with region, connection quality in it to save anyone the hassle of this.
Maybe this will improve with the update but I hope what they suggest will not be there final way of fixing this issue, as if it is then they are really admitting defeat.
I can live without lobbies but for my game searches not to find me suitable games in a totaly multiplayer orientated game is a dissappointment, I dont want to kick players, be kicked or quit while in the middle of a good game with players who are all playing there roles very well which has happened to me on a few occasion already!

they forgot to mention that the connection seems to shift all the time. one second the bar would be green then out of nowhere it drops to red and then to orange and back to green. hopefully the patch does what it's suppose to do THIS TIME...

Yes I have seen that quite a lot aswell, happens mostly after a player joins or leaves or even a host migration which is fine as long as it lasts for a few seconds only.
But what bugs me is if your playing in a great game with good connections and a player joins or leaves and the game goes down the drain with lag.
