Could be I'm doing some thing wrong, or maybe because I'm currently stationed in Japan (US Military) and there is some sort of issue with getting to US based servers, but all I play are bot matches. Not by choice.

I've gone through the campaigns, free play, with every game type option available and all my games start with just me in them and then bots populate. I even deleted a character and rerolled (also because of a poor tattoo choice) and it didn't have any bearing on the issue. This is the first time I've had this kind of issue with an multiplayer game on my Xbox (while overseas). Luckily I can still level my characters in bot matches.

Is there any knowledge on this issue? Has anyone else experienced it? Bots are fun and all but I have a feeling actual multiplayer would make for a richer experience. Thanks in advance for any helpful replies.

This might be true but I had the same problem and was getting bored of it. So I tried playing Free Play mode and I started finding other human players. I am not sure this will work though because, you are in Asia.

Skunk Boot tried that, as did I, but there aren't public matches whether you boot from Campaign or Free Play. Anyway I dropped tech support a message about it sometime ago, but still no reply...
