I can play and have Sc2, WoW, COD -1-4, CSS, LFD2 , PORTAL 2 with all amazing amounts of FPS no lag

I bought Brink the day it came out.

-- What Happened

Main Menu Screen I get 200 FPS
Loading Screen for Games 1000FPS
In game IT drops to 3-5 FPS.. .Can't move at all or see anything

Please help!

why do i doubt you know what FPS is?...
oh yeah, the "200" and "1000 FPS" part.

1000 frames per second, would be about 17 times the normal speed.
this would make your computer light up in fire in no time.

lower all settings set screen res too 640x480 and see what happens and up the res of game screen.

I did what you said, still get same problem

I can run the game fine at 1680x1050 low settings 50-60fps constant.
