Brink crashes on start up?

i tried running brink, but it just gave me this error:

I'm running an nVidia 7950GTX, Intel Dual-core 2.4 GHz, 2gb of RAM. Win7 64-bit. Fully updated OS.

Updated latest graphic and DirectX drivers. Crashing on start-up, no error messages...simply won't run.
