{IDEA/REQ} Realistic Crippled Parts (RCP)

Aside from the stat debuffs which i think already are, an idea i thought of (that i thought was good) would make having a crippled limb be far more... well it'd be bad...

Head: Aside from the blurry vision, Possibility from passing out due to head trauma (like 5% every tick) from intense headaches and head trauma. Perhaps some incoherent as well when the blur comes.
Arms: Increased sway, its far too low. I've had both arms crippled and could still aim...
Body: Perhaps a DoT? organ damage maybe... Or a serious hit to your DT. Not sure what to do here
Legs: Slowed movement. Having both legs crippled would bring you to a crawl. Also, chance of stumbling/falling over maybe.

I found it a tad too... inconsequential to have crippled limbs. I'd enjoy to have a good good reason to keep myself in tip top shape.
However, to balance this, in hard core, you should be able to heal a DAMAGED limb, but need a full doctor bag to heal a crippled one. Perhaps they can heal over time (great periods of time, such as 24hr) or, until theyre crippled, be able to cram them with stim packs. Perhaps food/sleep would work.

The goal of this is to have the character take care of their body out of combat, so most the crippled limbs would come from real combat action, not just some lucky shot off a bloatfly because you couldnt heal in the mean time and its not worth the doctor bag to heal a limb at half hp...

Was thinking of another way of handling head trauma. What if there was a value that ticked every so often (with the flashy blurry) if the player didnt stop and rest, like sit down, every so often? And when the value hit a certain number, on the next tick, they'd pass out for an hour or two?

Sry, double posted... Oh well (they should add a delete button)

I cut out the copied stuff and just left what i wanted to edit in...

Well I was considering re-building from the ground up my BRUTE mod for FO3, maybe renaming it to hardcoe+ or something like that, and I would be happy to add in something like this to the existing wounding effects. So far in the FO3 mod I had bleeding as well as I think some chances of falling if your legs were crippled, annoying thing was that it forces you out of 1st person when you fall, but that's why you have modular mods! ;)
