Install/Use:
Simply unzip the file and it into your Data folder of your Fallout New Vegas directory, followed by enabling the mod via the Data Files option in the Fallout New Vegas launcher. Then simply fast travel to Goodsprings and enter the Doctor's house, the terminals are next to the skill tester in the living room.
