Hat problem...

As the description says, I'm having a problem where hats are appearing on people's shoulders and not on the top of their heads.

Here are some pics of the problem:

Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a fix? I'm not sure what is causing this...

Hehe, looks like Oddjob got you. I haven't had this issue, but I might find it amusing. Sorry I can't help, but you got a free bump.

I'm assuming this is something you gecked in given the forum...

You need to do this in the GECK:
-Click Character in the menu section at the top.
-Scroll down and click on Update FaceGen model availability.

That should fix it.

Thank you for the reply. I posted this in the mod section because I'm pretty sure this is a mod related issue (hats worked fine before i modded NV). I've never used the GECK before, but I installed it and tried your suggestion but everyone's hats are still sitting on their shoulders. Is there another step that I'm not doing because of my GECK newbishness?

EDIT: Nevermind. Disabling all mods made the problem go away. Now I just got to find the exact one causing it.

EDIT 2: So I found the mod causing it. I opened it in the GECK and followed your instructions and now it works! Thank you for the advice!

That function is currently bugged, while it fixes any headgear a mod may add, it also breaks the vanilla hats.
-Interesting that it fixed the issue for anarchist, however.
